With so many outlets for news and opinions, I've created this site as a simple way to view the latest MLB-related news and analysis. Instead of visiting 50+ different sites, twitter, facebook, etc...My thinking is it will be nice to have a simple & clean index of the latest stories. Blog posts are listed in the order of most recent posts first. Play Ball! [Bookmark CTRL + D]

  1. First time since 1995 with the Cleveland Indians - with Manny Ramirez, Albert Belle and Kenny Lofton.

  2. Only once before for the National League: Roberto Clemente, Willie Stargell and Al Oliver went for Pittsburgh in 1972. (AL was 1995 Indians)

  3. Overall, this is the 13th time overall that a team had three outfielders in an All-Star Game. The 1995 Cleveland Indians were the most recent to do it with Manny Ramirez, Albert Belle and Kenny Lofton.
